Qualia Dublin Live; Calling for Submissions for ISSUE 1 SPACES
Well today's the day Qualia Dubin goes live!
We began our escapade to start this website when we first established the collective in June of last year... 8 months on and we finally have a website.
The aims of Qualia Dublin magazine are very simple, to bring a fresh new view and take on the art world of Dublin City. Although there are many small collectives, artist groups, & of course publications for art & culture in Dublin, this one's a little different. We want to bring to people our views, our ideas, and our own work, while of course commenting on the events & creative buzz that's occuring & surrounding us, in our terribly beautiful dirty old town. What's different about it though, is we're looking for people to get involved, and not just visual artists. We're looking for all sorts. Music, Graphic Design, Fashion, Photography, Art, Theatre, Dance, Events.... You name it.
We are students, although, sometimes it feels as though our voices our muted in the big, bad world. This is our chance to speak about your culture &society, and to approach it from a creative perspective.
So please, get involved. Send us in your submissions, for our first Qualia-Dubin issue, with the theme of SPACES.
